(FADEIN: The parking lot as another ambulance pulls in. The EMTs from the first one have Nightmare on a gurney and they signal to the other ambulance which pulls next to the first one.)
EMT: "Alright .. lets get him in .."
(Nightmare looks beat as the dried blood on his forehead is only partially wiped clean. He is breathing heavy as he holds his head.)
EMT2: "Jesus, what happened to him?"
(All of a sudden Chaos appears from behind the broken ambulance and tips the gurney over, spilling Nightmare to the pavement. The EMTs jump back as Chaos picks Nightmare up and irish whips him into the ambulance, leaving a dent. The police car that was in the parking lot lights up and speeds over, as two police hop out and approach Chaos with their nightsticks.)
POLICEMAN1: "HEY! DROP HIM NOW!"
(Chaos complies, except dropping him in a gorilla press.)
CHAOS: "Ok."
(The police handcuff Chaos. They then sit him in the police car.)
POLICEMAN1: "You have the right to remain silent .. anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law…"
POLICEMAN2: "Hey, Jim, I just was told by UMichigan security that the management of New ERA are on their way out here … we can’t take him yet."
POLICEMAN1: "Why the hell would they be coming out here? We were told to take him in if anything happens."
(The second police man shrugs his shoulders as the EMTs rush to Nightmare and put him in the second ambulance and speed off with their lights and sirens on. CUTTO: Back into the arena.)
JIVE: "CHAOS STRIKES AGAIN!"
GHEORGHE: "Chaos has really lost his mind! I don’t know what he’s trying to prove, Nick! Is he trying to send a message to LaRoque? To Suicide? Suicide has left New ERA! He’s got nothing left to prove!"
JIVE: "Well, he’s on his way out there.. something’s up!"
GHEORGHE: "I’ll tell you one thing though … I can’t get over the fact that Destrucity …… will feature CHAMPION versus CHAMPION … LARRY TACT and JEAN RABESQUE in an I-QUIT match!"
JIVE: "I don’t think Rabesque has ever lost an I-Quit match, Tom!"
GHEORGHE: "That has to be one of the most anticipated matches of the year … and its going to happen at DESTRUCITY!"
JIVE: "That’s if we ever get there …"
GHEORGHE: "Point taken, let’s get to ringside."
(CUTTO: Big screens as the lineup appears on them.)
JACOBS: "The following match is a TAG TEAM MATCH … it has a thirty minute time limit and is for one fall. Introducing the first team…"
(CUEUP: ‘the Touch’ by Stan Bush. Jonathan Marx and Travis Smith appear on stage.)
JACOBS: "They weigh a combined weight of 390 pounds ……… ‘Too Sweet’ TRAVIS SMITH and ‘Gentleman’ JONATHAN MARX!"
(Marx and Smith walk to the ring to the mixed reaction of the crowd.)
GHEORGHE: "These two have both been scheduled to face their respective opponents at the pay per view .. Smith and Doe will be in a leather strap match, while Douglas and Marx will have a good old fashion one on one encounter! Those two matches could steal the show!"
(CUEUP: ‘Kashmir’ by Led Zepplin. Troy Douglas steps through the curtain, with John Doe right behind him.)
JACOBS: "And their opponents…… weighing in at 475 pounds …… JOHN DOE and TROY DOUGLAS!"
JIVE: "Douglas and Doe are odd bedmates, but they have a common goal: defeat their dastardly opponents!"
(SFX: Bell rings.)
GHEORGHE: "Well I guess this is tonight’s main event, Nick."
JIVE: "Let’s just thank god that this match is at least happening!"
GHEORGHE: "It looks as if John Doe and Jonathan Marx are going to start things off … as they circle each other around the ring… John Doe goes low with a single leg takedown attempt, but Jonathan Marx quickly out of the way ….. catches Doe from behind … Marx now irish whips John Doe into the ropes …. Doe comes back, AND MARX WITH A BELLY TO BELLY SUPLEX!"
JIVE: "John Doe took a chance early on going low, but Jonathan Marx is an excellent mat wrestler.. with plenty of experience under his belt. Something that idiot Doe wouldn’t know anything about."
GHEORGHE: "John Doe back on his feet as he’s holding his back … Jonathan Marx now coming at him … irish whips him into the ropes again ….. AND HITS ANOTHER BELLY TO BELLY SUPLEX!"
JIVE: "Marx manhandling Doe."
GHEORGHE: "Jonathan Marx doesn’t even wait for John Doe to get to his feet as he hooks the arm … Doe goes up and down with a suplex … and Jonathan Marx tags in Travis Smith."
JIVE: "Too Sweet is going to get some early beatings on Doe in order to tie him over to the pay per view!"
GHEORGHE: "Smith now over to Doe … and he drops the knee right into the head of John Doe. John Doe is taking a lot of punishment early .. he needs to try to tag Douglas in as soon as he can."
JIVE: "Except … Travis Smith isn’t going to let him. John Doe came out two weeks straight and tried to verbally assault Smiths’ ring ability ….."
GHEORGHE: "Travis Smith hooking the tights of John Doe …. NORTHERN LIGHTS SUPLEXES him! Smith without the bridge gets back to his feet …. Travis Smith waiting in the corner … John Doe is on his knees and he doesn’t look like he knows where he is!"
JIVE: "Great … more amnesia for Doe. This time he can become uber-annoying."
GHEORGHE: "Doe on his feet now AND HERE COMES TRAVIS SMITH OUT OF THE CORNER!!! DOE DUCKS AND SENDS HIM FLYING WITH A BACK BODY DROP! Doe now waiting for Smith to get to his feet … AND HE SENDS HIM BACK DOWN TO THE MAT WITH A DROPKICK. John Doe grabs Travis Smith by the hair and walks him into his corner … and Troy Douglas is tagged into the match for the first time tonight."
JIVE: "Troy Douglas is another great mat wrestler …"
GHEORGHE: "Douglas in the ring now … John Doe is holding Travis Smith for him …. Douglas off the ropes … TROY DOUGLAS CLOTHESLINES TRAVIS SMITH WHILE JOHN DOE HITS THE GERMAN SUPLEX!!!"
JIVE: "Teamwork. What a concept."
GHEORGHE: "Troy Douglas with the cover …… ONE ………… TWO—No, kickout by Smith. Troy Douglas grabbing the leg of Travis Smith … he tries to get Smith in the Scorpion Deathlock ….. AND HE DOES!!! ‘Too Sweet’ Travis Smith is in the middle of the ring with NOWHERE TO GO!"
JIVE: "I’ve seen men upon men give in due to this very move!"
GHEORGHE: "BUT JONATHAN MARX COMES IN AND BREAKS UP THE MOVE! Marx with another forearm shot to the face of Douglas and Douglas falls to the side! The referee now over to tell Marx to get back in his corner. Marx heading back to the corner …. BUT DOUGLAS TURNS HIM AROUND ….. DOUGLAS HITTING ONE OF HIS OWN BELLY TO BELLY SUPLEXES AND MARX GOES FLYING ACROSS THE RING!"
JIVE: "These two’s match at the pay per view is going to be a hell of a ride."
GHEORGHE: "Douglas turns to go after Marx …. AND TRAVIS SMITH GREETS HIM WITH A FLYING FOREARM! Travis Smith now on top of Troy Douglas laying left and rights into him! The ref gets Marx to the outside … and now he turns around and is warning Smith about the closed fists! Travis Smith gets off Douglas … CRADLE PILEDRIVER! Travis Smith with the cover …. ONE …… TWO … BUT JOHN DOE BREAKS UP THE ATTEMPT!"
JIVE: "Travis Smith turns around … AND HE DECKS JOHN DOE WHO GOES TO THE MAT! Ha!"
GHEORGHE: "Smith back to Douglas now … he picks him up .. and he tags in Jonathan Marx!"
JIVE: "Smith and Marx are doing the right thing in this match so far .. quick tags … allowing each other to get breathers."
GHEORGHE: "Marx in the ring and he’s circling Douglas … MARX LOCKS A FULL NELSON ON TROY DOUGLAS!"
JIVE: "Old school."
GHEORGHE: "Troy Douglas is trying to break the hold …. But Marx has his hands locked …… Douglas inching to the corner ….. DOUGLAS USES HIS FEET TO BOUNCE OFF THE TURNBUCKLE PADS AND HE ROLLS MARX ON HIS BACK!!! ONE …… TWO ….. But Marx releases the hold to break up the pin attempt!"
JIVE: "Douglas keeping his cool in a tight situation … that’s what he needs if he’s planning on holding some championship gold in the future!"
GHEORGHE: "Troy Douglas trying to make it to his corner … and he makes the tag to Doe! John Doe runs into the ring …. He kicks Jonathan Marx in the gut …. TORNADO DDT!!! TRAVIS SMITH RUNS INTO THE RING …… AND HE IS MET WITH A HURRICANRANA!!! John Doe has planted both Smith and Marx into the mat!"
JIVE: "I should go plant him into the mat!"
GHEORGHE: "I’d like to see you try, Nick."

GHEORGHE: "John Doe picks up Travis Smith … AND HE JETTISONS HIM OVER THE TOP ROPE TO THE ARENA FLOOR! Doe backing up now …… AND HE RUNS AND JUMPS OVER THE TOP ROPE!!! SUICIDE PLANCHA ON TOP OF TRAVIS SMITH!"
JIVE: "The ref should do something about Doe attacking the illegal man!"
GHEORGHE: "John Doe getting back into the ring … he walks over to Marx … AND MARX WITH A SMALL PACKAGE!!! ONE …… TWO ….. THREE—KICKOUT! Jonathan Marx was waiting for him! Marx with a knick up … John Doe to his feet now …. Charges at Marx, but Marx with a drop toe hold … and he slides over Doe and applies a headlock! Jonathan Marx telling the ref to get ready to ring the bell…"
JIVE: "Hell, he should just ring it now!"
GHEORGHE: "John Doe yelling at the ref saying there’s no way in hell he’s giving in …….. DOE ROCKING ….. DOE ROLLS JONATHAN MARX ONTO HIS BACK ….. ONE ….. TW—no kickout. Marx with a clothesline … but Doe ducks …. Marx on the rebound …. AND JOHN DOE WITH A BEAUTIFUL SPINEBUSTER AS HE DRIVES JONATHAN MARX INTO THE MAT FULL FORCE!"
JIVE: "Well, at least Doe is tagging out … You don’t want to be one to lose to Doe … that’s like being blacklisted almost."
GHEORGHE: "Douglas is back in the ring now … and he’s telling John Doe to go up top!"
JIVE: "Is he crazy??"
GHEORGHE: "JOHN DOE IS ON THE TOP ROPE …….. Troy Douglas picks up Jonathan Marx ….. AND HE POWERBOMBS HIM TO THE MAT …. JOHN DOE FLIES OFF ……. SWANTON BOMB!!!"
(SFX: Crowd pops)
GHEORGHE: "The crowd is on their feet!"
JIVE: "TROY DOUGLAS IS CALLING FOR THE END OF THE ROAD!"
GHEORGHE: "Douglas is on the second turnbuckle with Jonathan Marx ……. WAIT! TRAVIS SMITH HAS A HOLD OF DOUGLAS’ FOOT!! Troy Douglas is struggling to get his foot free!"
JIVE: "True teamwork is going on right now!"
GHEORGHE: "Travis Smith holding on …. AND JONATHAN MARX FLIPS OUT OF THE HOLD!!! Troy Douglas tries to kick Marx whose standing in front of the corner …. BUT MARX CATCHES HIS FOOT!!! MARX WITH A LOW BLOW!!"
JIVE: "Here we go!"
GHEORGHE: "Jonathan Marx now setting up Troy Douglas ….. SUPERPLEX!!!!!!!!! Marx with the cover …… ONE ………………….. TWO …………………"
JIVE: "Douglas got his shoulder up!"
GHEORGHE: "Marx tags in Travis Smith …… AND HERE COMES JOHN DOE!!! JOHN DOE WITH A CROSS BODY BLOCK ON MARX AND THEY BOTH GO TUMBLING OVER THE TOP ROPE!!!"
JIVE: "But Marx tagged out!"
GHEORGHE: "Marx and Doe are fighting on the outside … Travis Smith with an irish whip ….. NO! Douglas reverses it and Smith goes CRASHING into the corner ….. Douglas charges in at him … HE WENT FOR A SHOULDER DRIVE BUT SMITH JUMPED ON THE TURNBUCKLE AND DOUGLAS WENT SHOULDER FIRST INTO THE POLE!!!! Travis Smith now with Douglas ….. and he irish whips him into the other corner!"
JIVE: "John Doe is getting the upperhand on Marx on the outside … I don’t like this at all!"
GHEORGHE: "Smith now charging in ….. BUT DOUGLAS HOPS ON THE TURNBUCKLE AND SMITH GOES SHOULDER FIRST INTO THE CORNER!"
JIVE: "Monkey see, monkey do!"
GHEORGHE: "Douglas now …. DOUGLAS IS SITTING ON THE SHOULDERS OF TRAVIS SMITH……. VICTORY ROLL ……"
JIVE: "SMITH BLOCKED IT!!! SMITH PUTTING THE WEIGHT ON THE SHOULDERS OF DOUGLAS!"
GHEORGHE: "Smith with the pin attempt …. John Doe SLIDES INTO THE R…. NO! Jonathan Marx grabs onto his foot AND PULLS HIM RIGHT BACK OUT!!!!! ONE ……………….. TWO …………………… THREEE!!!!"
(SFX: Bell rings.)
JACOBS: "The winners of the match by pinfall…. ‘Gentleman’ JONATHAN MARX and ‘Too Sweet’ TRAVIS SMITH!"
GHEORGHE: "Travis Smith reversed that Victory Roll and pinned Troy Douglas!!! What a counter!"
JIVE: "And Doe wasn’t able to help his partner out … what a pity! Hahaha."
GHEORGHE: "Ladies and gentlemen … I don’t know what to say … tonight has been a hectic … HECTIC night. We had the Mindkiller / Borden match cancelled .. the main event cancelled …. Wait … lets cut to the parking lot, as Marcus LaRoque is going to the police car!"
(CUTTO: Parking lot. Chaos is sitting in the cruiser as the cops are standing next to them. The first ambulance is being towed away in the background. Instead of Marcus LaRoque, Vice President Juliet Marceau comes storming through the doors.)
