JACOBS: "We are back and it is time for the main event, Psycho will take on Golem for a chance to face Felix Red in a Spin the Wheel, Make the Deal at the next Almost Live!"
MARX: "We didn't even have a chance to do that match stipulation in the old WFW. I am really looking forward to seeing how this pans out. With the right stipulation, anyone can win on any given night and each man gets to choose four stipulations of their choice."
"NOT" WATERS: "It all comes down to a spin of the wheel. Psycho is a former WFW World Heavyweight Champion. He has beaten Doc Silver. Golem however has never had a chance at the World Championship in the history of the WFW or now here in the WFW:NE, so if he wins this match, this could be his big chance at greatness and to join the immortals who have held the World Heavyweight Championship."
MARX: "That first World Heavyweight Championship is always the sweetest and the one you remember the longest. You can make a compelling case for either being the stronger contender. I wouldn't want to be Felix Red."
JACOBS: "The x-factor in this match is Minion. Minion has had issues with both in recent months so he seems like he would equally hate both. This is a Minion though who is much more mentally balanced than he used to be and much more forgiving."
"NOT" WATERS: "Both of these men have put Minion through hell. He is going to want some measure of revenge, whether it is tonight or at some later date."
MARX: "I can't blame Minion. He is trying to get his life back in order and they are playing games with him. Tell him that the new him isn't as good as the old him when he is happier this way."
"NOT" WATERS: "To be fair, Minion while he has put up one hell of a fight in the matches he has been in so far, he has yet to log his first victory in the record books."
JACOBS: "He has the shot at Cameron Cruise coming up for the WFW:NE Television Championship. If he wins that match, everyone will forget about that and this is a Cameron Cruise who has his attention divided between the World Tag Team Championships and his Television Championship."
MARX: "That is another factor, is Minion going to go out there and do anything to either Psycho or Golem when he knows he has this match coming up and they may want revenge? It should be interesting to see how he plays this."
JACOBS: "Now is the moment of truth, if you had a gun to your head, who do you think will walk out the victor tonight?"
"NOT" WATERS: "I'm going Golem. I think he is hungrier. He has had a renewed drive since the merger."
JACOBS: "Jonathan?"
MARX: "I didn't think you were going to pick him Vic. I'm going with Psycho. He is battled tested and whenever he seems to encounter unbeatable odds, he manages a way to pull it off."
JACOBS: "I was hanging out outside the building talking to the fans and they seemed pretty divided on this match. Both of these men have been a house of fire, but only one of them is going to walk out with a championship shot tonight. Folks, the time for talking is done, it is time for the main event, let’s send this one down to ringside and get this one going!"
(Minion has a ref shirt on and he is already in the ring, awaiting the participants. The lineup flashes on screen.)
(CUEUP: "Crazy Train" by Ozzy Osborne. The lights in the arena dim as the pyro goes off in the ring. Golem comes down to the cheers of the crowd.)
LINKS: "Introducing first, from Parts Unknown, weighing in at 225 pounds and standing at six feet, two inches, the former WFW and BAD World Heavyweight Champion... PSYCHO!"
(CUEUP: "The Day The World Went Away" by Nine Inch Nails. The lights in the arena dim as the pyro goes off in the ring. Golem comes down to a mixed reaction, mostly boos from the crowd.)
LINKS: "And his opponent, from Death Valley, weighing in at 238 pounds and standing at six feet tall... GOLEM!"
(SFX: Bell rings.)
JACOBS: "Psycho and Golem meet in the center of the ring and begin talking trash back and forth to each other, Psycho motions that that championship is going to go around his waist."
MARX: "Both of these men want it so bad, you can feel it."
"NOT" WATERS: "From what I'm reading from these guys lips, thank god they don't have a mic on them. We'd be kicked off the air."
JACOBS: "GOLEM GETS INTO PSYCHO'S FACE AND PSYCHO REELS OFF WITH A RIGHT HAND! Both men are exchanging blows back and forth!"
MARX: "These two can brawl with the best of them."
"NOT" WATERS: "This is already out of control."
JACOBS: "Golem is getting the best of Psycho, Golem whips Psycho off the ropes... HE HITS PSYCHO WITH A LEG LARIAT AND PSYCHO GOES DOWN!"
MARX: "It is like Psycho ran straight into a tree."
JACOBS: "Golem jumps on top of Psycho and begins to rain down on him with a series of closed punches right to the face. Minion is trying to get him to open up the hand but Golem is ignoring him."
"NOT" WATERS: "He knows Minion won't call for the DQ in this match unless he absolutely has to. This is to determine a shot at the WFW World Heavyweight Championship and we want a clear and legitimate winner."
JACOBS: "Psycho is trying to push him off but it isn't working. Psycho then starts raising his knees and ramming him right in the back and Golem falls finally relents and rolls off."
MARX: "He got him once or twice awfully hard and this is going to be a long battle so he has to protect himself from anything that can come back to haunt him later."
JACOBS: "Golem gets up and he starts stomping on the legs of Psycho after those knee attacks to lower back."
"NOT" WATERS: "A lot of Psycho offense is aerial based so if he can take the legs out from under him, Golem can work the mat and keep him down."
JACOBS: "Psycho tries to get up... BUT GOLEM KNEES HIM RIGHT IN THE FACE! Golem grabs the legs and he locks on an Indian Deathlock and rears back!"
MARX: "Golem is cackling at Psycho, he is taunting him!"
JACOBS: "GOLEM HAS IT ON AND HE IS APPLYING THE PRESSURE ON PSYCHO! PSYCHO IS TRYING TO GET OUT OF THE HOLD! HE IS FIGHTING AND FIGHTING TRYING TO GET OUT OF IT!"
"NOT" WATERS: "This is one of the most painful holds in all of wrestling. Very few wrestlers still do it today, but Golem is going old school on Psycho."
JACOBS: "Psycho reaches and he grabs the head of Golem... HE HEADBUTTS HIM AND HE CONTINUES WILDY SWINGING AWAY AT GOLEM TRYING TO GET HIM TO BREAK!"
MARX: "Psycho isn't going to go easy into the night. He wants to be the man who unifies the WFW and New ERA World Heavyweight championships and go down in the history books as the man who started it all."
JACOBS: "PSYCHO IS TRYING TO GET UP ON FEET TO OVER THE TOP... GOLEM IS FIGHTING IT.... PSYCHO MANAGES TO TURN HIM OVER AND NOW PSYCHO HAS THE PRESSURE ON GOLEM!"
"NOT" WATERS: "Golem has to find a way to break this hold."
JACOBS: "Golem is using his arms to drag himself over towards the ropes... HE REACHES AND HE GRABS THE ROPES! Minion is forcing Psycho to break the hold."
MARX: "Both men are worse for wear because of that hold, although Psycho more so because he had to suffer in that hold longer."
"NOT" WATERS: "I was hoping we'd get to hear someone's leg snap like a twig tonight."
JACOBS: "Golem is getting up.... PSYCHO CHARGES AND GOLEM LOCKS HIM INTO A BEAR HUG!"
MARX: "Golem is working over the ribs now. Along with the damage to the legs, this should take a little bit of the air out of Psycho when he tries to cause destruction at a million miles an hour."
JACOBS: "GOLEM SWEEPS THE LEG AND HE GOES TO THE STO! Golem makes the cover on Psycho!"
MARX: "Psycho has taken a lot of abuse so far, but he is Psycho, he is going to need more to keep him down."
JACOBS: "Minion goes down to count! 1------------ 2---- PSYCHO GETS THE SHOULDER UP!"
"NOT" WATERS: "It may have been a bit early, but you never know when you can catch an opponent temporarily stunned and at the least, Psycho had to expend energy in order to kickout so it is a win, win situation."
MARX: "Psycho will rest when he is dead."
JACOBS: "Golem waits for Psycho to get up, he is waiting behind him with his arms up waiting to lock him into a full nelson."
"NOT" WATERS: "Golem does one hell of a full nelson slam, but he has yet to bust it out here in WFW:NE."
JACOBS: "Psycho is slowly getting up... GOLEM GOES TO LOCK ON THE FULL NELSON BUT PSYCHO KICKS HIM WITH A MULE KICK DOUBLING OVER GOLEM!"
"NOT" WATERS: "When in doubt, bust out the low blow!"
JACOBS: "Psycho bounces off the rope.... HE YAZUKA KICKS GOLEM RIGHT IN THE HEAD KNOCKING HIM DOWN AND HIS MOMENTUM CAUSES HIM TO ROLL TO THE OUTSIDE!"
"NOT" WATERS: "Fedor hit Brett Rodgers with a punch easier than that kick. Thankfully his head didn't wind up in the front row."
JACOBS: "Golem is slowly getting up on the outside.. he really looks out of it. PSYCHO LOOK AT GOLEM ON THE OUTSIDE AND THEN TO THE ROPES, HE DECIDES TO GO FOR IT AND HE BOUNCES OFF THE ROPES AND FLIES TO THE OUTSIDE AND HITS GOLEM WITH A SPACE FLYING TIGER DROP!"
CROWD: "PSYCHO! PSYCHO! PSYCHO!"
MARX: "Golem did everything he could to do some damage, and yet Psycho was able to pull that off."
"NOT" WATERS: "Psycho has an ungodly threshold of pain. Plus, he is just plain nuts."
JACOBS: "Psycho is the first one up and he drags Golem's body towards the ring post. PSYCHO CLIMBS UP ONTO THE APRON... HE GRABS ONTO THE POLE AND EXTENDS HIMSELF AND HITS GOLEM WITH THE FLAGPOLE PRESS RIGHT ONTO HIS CHEST!"
MARX: "Shades of Mdogg20 right there."
"NOT" WATERS: "The momentum has clearly shifted to Psycho."
JACOBS: "Psycho picks Golem off of the floor at ringside and rolls him back into the ring. Psycho comes in and he drags him into position. PSYCHO IS GOING UP TO THE TOP ROPE!"
"NOT" WATERS: "He should have probably tried for a cover right there."
MARX: "Golem like Psycho can take a lot of punishment so you are going to have to do a lot to him to keep him down."
JACOBS: "PSYCHO IS SET ON THE TOP ROPE... PSYCHO FLIES OFF AND HE LANDS WITH A DOUBLE FOOT STOMP RIGHT ONTO THE CHEST OF GOLEM! Golem grabs his sternum and curls up into a ball and starts coughing."
MARX: "Good god."
JACOBS: "PSYCHO IS NOW GOING FOR THE COVER! 1------------ 2------ GOLEM PUSHES PSYCHO OFF HIS CHEST IN DISGUST!"
"NOT" WATERS: "Golem looks really pissed right now."
JACOBS: "Psycho picks up Golem up off the mat.... GOLEM STARTS LAYING HAYMAKERS INTO PSYCHO MOVING HIM BACK TOWARDS THE ROPES!"
MARX: "Oh shee..."
JACOBS: "GOLEM BOUNCES OFF THE ROPES AND HE TAKES PSYCHO UP AND OVER THE TOP ROPE WITH AN AXE BOMBER AND PSYCHO CRASHES DOWN ON THE GROUND!"
"NOT" WATERS: "Golem has snapped!"
JACOBS: "GOLEM GOES TO THE OUTSIDE AND HE IS RIPPING THE MATS OFF THE FLOOR AT RINGSIDE TO EXPOSE THE CONCRETE!"
MARX: "Psycho is trying to crawl away from Golem."
JACOBS: "GOLEM IS CALLING FOR THE BACK DROP DRIVER!"
MARX: "That is his unofficial finisher here since the Claw he uses is an illegal hold. He could do some serious damage to Psycho with that in the ring, if he does it to Psycho on the concrete, we might have to book Psycho's next room in the morgue."
JACOBS: "Psycho is slowly getting up... GOLEM CLOSES IN AND LOCKS HIS ARMS AROUND PSYCHO'S WAIST AND HITS HIM WITH THE BACK DROP DRIVER ON THE CONCRETE FLOOR!"
MARX: "OH MY GOD!"
"NOT" WATERS: "Rest in Peace Psycho!"
JACOBS: "Golem stands over here and he is yelling at Psycho. He has completely lost it."
MARX: "Golem is tired of playing second fiddle. He wants this main event."
JACOBS: "GOLEM IS ORDERING MINION TO COUNT PSYCHO OUT!"
MARX: "Since this is a WFW World Heavyweight Championship match, we have a countout of twenty seconds on the floor."
JACOBS: "Minion looks down at an unconscious Psycho and he begins to count slowly..."
MINION: "OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONE!
TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
THREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!"
MARX: "There is a vain popping out of Golem's head right now."
JACOBS: "Golem yells at Minion to hurry it up, Minion blows off Golem and he decides to go outside to check to see if Psycho is okay."
"NOT" WATERS: "Golem looks like he is ready to tear his hair out right now."
JACOBS: "Psycho is moving, but barely, Minion is asking Psycho if he wants to continue and he nods his head in the affirmative. GOLEM DECIDES TO COME BACK TO THE OUTSIDE AND SEEMS LIKE HE HAS HAD ENOUGH OF THIS BS!"
MARX: "Uh oh..."
JACOBS: "GOLEM PUSHES MINION OUT OF THE WAY AND PICKS PSYCHO UP BY HIS MASK! He rolls him back into the ring."
MARX: "Minion does not look happy that he got disrespect that way."
JACOBS: "GOLEM GOES FOR THE COVER ON PSYCHO! Minion agitated Minion down to the ground..... 1-------------- 2------------- PSYCHO GETS THE SHOULDER UP!"
"NOT" WATERS: "That was such a long count, Michael Jackson could have kicked out of that one."
MARX: "Too soon bro, too soon."
JACOBS: "GOLEM GETS UP AND HE PUSHES MINION AND MINION IS HOLDING BACK FROM ATTACKING GOLEM! Psycho is reaching into his tights, he has some flash paper....."
"NOT" WATERS: "FIRE, FIRE, FIRE!"
JACOBS: "Minion tells Golem to turn around.... PSYCHO THROWS A FIREBALL INTO GOLEM'S FACE AND GOLEM GOES DOWN BLINDED! Rolling around and covering his eyes!"
MARX: "That fire balls was so strong, you could feel it in the air where we are sitting at ringside."
"NOT" WATERS: "Psycho doesn't use the cheap stuff."
JACOBS: "PSYCHO POINTS UP THE SKY AND HE PICKS GOLEM OFF OF THE GROUND.... TIGER DRIVER 91 INTO THE MAT AND HE PLANTS HIM RIGHT ON HIS HEAD!"
MARX: "Oooow!"
JACOBS: "A woozy Psycho is going to the top rope, he sort of still staggering around in a daze after that backdrop driver onto the concrete."
MARX: "That would have killed a normal man."
JACOBS: "PSYCHO PERCHES ON THE TOP ROPE... HE HITS THE PSYCHO FLIGHT (STARDUST PRESS) ON GOLEM!"
"NOT" WATERS: "Golem is going to need every last drop in the tank to kick out of this."
JACOBS: "MINION GOES DOWN TO COUNT! 1--------- 2--------- 3!"
(SFX: Bell rings.)
"NOT" WATERS: "What the... he blatantly fast counted Golem!"
MARX: "Minion had enough."
LINKS: "THE WINNER OF THE MATCH AND THE MAN WHO WILL GO ON TO FACE FELIX RED IN A SPIN THE WHEEL, MAKE THE DEAL AT THE HALLOWEEN THEMED ALMOST LIVE FROM FREEDOM HALL, LOUISVILLE, KY.... the former, and possibly future, WFW WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION..... PSYCHO~!"
(CUEUP: "Crazy Train" by Ozzy Osbourne, Minion raises the hand of an exhausted Psycho.)
"NOT" WATERS: "God damn Minion, this is the second time Golem outclassed Psycho but Psycho was the one who managed to get the pinfall."
MARX: "Golem will not be pleased; he is going to want his pound of flesh from both of these individuals, starting with Minion."
JACOBS: "Both men left it all in the ring and you can't discount Psycho, he took more punishment that most people could humanly handle and walked out the victor."
"NOT" WATERS: "That bastard is not going to do what he did to Doc. Not again."
MARX: "Psycho is a little bit older, but he is a lot wiser."
JACOBS: "However it turns out, it is going to be World War III if tonight is any indication of anything. Folks, I'd like to thank you for tuning in to Almost Live tonight. We will be back with a special two match Halloween themed show, the first match will be an open invitation Masquerade Battle Royal where each man will come in costume for anyone and anyone who wants a chance at Shawn Hart's New ERA World Heavyweight championship at Unplugged and the main event will be a Spin the Wheel, Make a Deal Match between Felix Red and Psycho for the WFW World Heavyweight championship where each man will pick four stipulations for the wheel and we won't find out until right before the match what the stipulation will be."
MARX: "Felix Red and Psycho have been in so many wild matches. If anyone could pull off a match with zero preparation for the stipulation, it is those two. LOVE earned a degree in raising hell."
JACOBS: "Before we go, before this match took place, each man in this match had their own video package prepared for any of the New ERA fans who have no idea the carnage that is ahead of them."
(CUEUP: "Mad World" by Adam Lambert. Various clips from Psycho's WFW career play where he does everything and anything to win, flying off cages, putting people through the mat and nearly killing himself. Clips of fallen and bloody opponents roll ending with a still picture of Psycho holding up the WFW World Heavyweight championship.)
