Spectre looks kind of like La Parka, but he looks like a ghost, dressed all in white.

His mask can have different ghost faces, like the mask from Scream but sometimes smiling or with various other expressions, like the spoof of the Scream mask in Scary Movie.

Personality
Spectre loves causing chaos and anarchy. He is always going to be silly, but does get mean and evil as well. The mask seemingly has a mind of its own and will help anyone in need for his own purpose. No one ever knows who is wearing the mask of Spectre until the mask decides its task is complete.

Spectre's background is virtually unknown.

Ring Entrance
Spectre will come out with a steel chair sometimes and start jamming with it, dancing silly at the top of the ramp and down it. He is scary to little children and makes them cry.
